JM Tappetless cylinder head piston head set

1 X cylinder head & nozzle for JM gearbox  

1 X piston head for JM gearbox

Made of CNC 7075 aluminum ,and please noted that these bulk lot are unoxidized ,so the surface may have some black point , but it will not affect performance 

Here below the guideline

<1> Pull it hard to separate the cylinder head and piston head 

<2> Unscrew the hex screw in the middle of the piston head , add little screw glue on the inside screw of piston head when you put piston had with ladder ,and make sure piston head move smooth form ladder 

<3> Use something like PTFE tape to make sure the piston head seal well with cylinder
